Stitch Fix Review by May: And the fit? Perfect!

To celebrate my birthday, I thought I would treat myself to another fix (Stitch Fix that is). I do think that my fixes have gotten better over time, especially my last one. They gave me more petite sizes, which I loved, and I’m hoping they do the same this time too.
This was one request I made in my Fix. I’ve always wanted a cute blazer, but I haven’t been able to find one. When I saw this, I knew I would love it. It didn’t have any buttons, the sleeves were 3/4 long and had a folded up look – all things I wanted in a blazer. And the fit? Perfect! Looks great with a simple shirt and a pair of black jeans. So chic! I had to keep it.

Stitch Fix Review by Christine: Perfect date night outfit

Christine participates in our paid Influencer Program.

Stitch Fix is an online styling service that’s perfect for anyone looking for a little styling help, doesn’t have as much time to shop, or is intimidated by the variety of options across so many retailers. It can be so tough to find things that fit your style!

I first heard of them because one of my best friends started working for them last year. She has amazing style and I would trust her any day of the week to pick out my clothes, so I knew I would be able to trust the stylist that picked me. I filled out a quick profile and they started sending me some pieces. You only keep what you like and you can change how frequently you get the pieces. So far I’ve loved several things I’ve been sent – especially this gorgeous dress.

This is a perfect date night outfit for me this time of year.

Stitch Fix Review by Lacey: A big “WIN!” for petite sizing.

Lacey participates in our paid Influencer Program.

For me, I think one key to success is using this service more as a ‘personal shopper’ where I can request specific items that I haven’t had success finding on my own. And I loved the experience of being able to try things on at home! I was able to try on the tank top with a different bra before I decided to keep it, and try different tops with the jeans before I decided to keep them.

Let’s talk about these jeans! I love this distressed and loose-fitting style for summer, and I love how these look with the tank and blazer. These were so comfortable; I knew as soon as I put them on that I’d be keeping them. I probably could have sized down to a 28 waist, but ended up falling for this fit – they were loose without falling down. The best part? The knee distressing is actually at my knees! Usually when I try on distressed jeans, it’s more on my calves. I am chalking these up as a big “WIN!” for petite sizing.
