Stitch Fix Review by Andy: I asked my stylist for a winter workwear fix

Andy participates in our paid Influencer Program.

Getting dressed every morning for work is just a gamble! And who even wants to get out and go shopping in this weather? Not this girl! Stitch Fix to the rescue! I was needing to liven up my workwear, and I felt like it needed a pick-me-up. So I asked my stylist for a winter workwear fix, and she hooked me up!

When I received notification that this  pullover sweater was in my fix, I was SO excited! I just knew I was going to love it! But pictures and real life do not equal perfection, and this adorable sweater just did not work for me, no matter how hard I tried. It was just too big in my arms and neck, and as cute as it is, I felt frumpy in it. It was tragic. Not really. It was just a bummer. Sigh… It will be perfect for somebody. Just not this body! Oh well…

Stitch Fix Review by Megan: Nice pops of color

Megan participates in our paid Influencer Program.

When I unboxed this Stitch Fix floral blouse I wasn’t quite sure how I would wear it. But I knew it was a keeper and that I totally loved it. Right now I’m wearing a good mix of casual wear as well as work wear in my Monday through Friday life. I tend to have meetings that require a bit of dressing up about twice a week. Having a healthy number of blouses on rotation that can go with both denim and transition into work wear is ideal.

One of the reasons I loved this Stitch Fix floral blouse so much is because of the rich colors. The bright purple and teal give some nice pops of color that work for both spring and fall. The sheer material is really nice too!

Stitch Fix Review by Lindsey: My rotation of easily put together outfits

Lindsey participates in our paid Influencer Program.

Stitch Fix has been a great way for me to revamp my closet post babies and get clothes in there that actually fit, I feel good in +Ii’ve been able to try on at nap time, in between feedings and over the course of 12 hours.

I had requested my usual stylist and asked for a winter casual fix focused on function + comfort. It’s fah-reezing in Ohio {although we got a warm front with 30 degree weather yesterday!}…and I’m totally digging this monochrome Fix!

I had told my stylist I was on the hunt for a chunky cardigan + boyfriend jeans and she totally delivered! She sent me the coziest oversized cardi…it’s SO warm and while I really don’t buy anything specific for breastfeeding, cardigans are my go to so I’m not having my stomach hang out while I attempt to keep Mills semi-focused. I paired it with a simple white tee, the boyfriend jeans + my fav booties and this is definitely going in my rotation of easily put together outfits. These jeans are SO cute and I just love the casual style of the boyfriend cut!

Stitch Fix Review by Paula: Fit with my casual lifestyle

Paula participates in our paid Influencer Program.

As always, my stylist did a great job of selecting items that I really like and also fit with my casual lifestyle. My clothing needs have changed now that I’m no longer teaching. This metallic embroidery pullover was so pretty.

The sweater’s material was thin and soft and keeping it would have been a no-brainer if I was still teaching.  The embroidery detail on this sweater was pretty from both the front and the side. I paired this sweater with Margaret M. Emer pants from my August 2015 fix and my gold Tieks.  My wardrobe is now almost all Stitch Fix clothes since I’ve enjoyed the service since August of 2013!

After much debate, I decided not to keep this sweater.  If I was still teaching, I would have kept it for sure!

Stitch Fix Review by Katie: One of my favorite winter items

Katie participates in our paid Influencer Program.

I have always been a t-shirt and jeans girl, so I actually didn’t own any cardigans or sweaters.  Shocking, I know!  This cardigan is so soft and comfortable that I just had to make it part of my wardrobe.  I have worn it several times now and I absolutely love it.  I like that it dresses up a casual outfit and also looks great with a maxi dress.

It is neutral enough to go with just about everything, and I loved how the collar looks like a scarf.  It is quickly becoming one of my favorite winter items.

Stitch Fix Review by Natalie: Stitch Fix clearly understood this dilemma

Natalie participates in our paid Influencer Program.

If one thing is true, it’s that staying warm and looking cute don’t always go hand in hand. It’s easy to throw on everything you own to build an ever-cozy snowman suit, but that’s not necessarily an outfit that’s going to make the Instagram.

Stitch Fix clearly understood this dilemma when they decided to send me this faux shearling jacket! I’ve never seen something like it – a cross between a shearling vest and a classic cardigan! What could be more perfect? You get the style aspect of the trendy shearling vest, which can only transition into winter thrown on top of something long-sleeved, with the full coverage cardigan vibes you crave every frigid snowy morning!

Stitch Fix Review by Andy: It’s cute though! Very cute!

Andy participates in our paid Influencer Program.

I decided to see if my Stitch Fix stylist could help me out with something cute to wear to a concert, and she did NOT disappoint

My stylist sent this cold shoulder top. When I saw the style card, I thought it would be black, but it’s actually a brownish color. It has some pretty detail too – beading on the tassle tie and lace insets. I’m not sure if I need another cold shoulder top, and may not get much wear from it, so I’m sending it back. It’s cute though! Very cute!

Stitch Fix Review by Whitney: Sends me things I would not pick out for myself

Whitney participates in our paid Influencer Program.

I asked my stylist for black or grey pants, and mentioned my favorite color to wear is evergreen. When I read the note from my stylist I was glad to see it was my old stylist who styled me! I was so excited to see the pieces he had picked for me.

This jacket is not in my comfort zone and I love when my stylist sends me things I would not pick out for myself. This jacket is so soft and very comfortable. It was pretty cold when we were taking these pictures and I did not feel cold in this. It is definitely not a winter coat, and I am guessing not rain friendly, which is not good for Willamette Valley winters. I think this is the perfect jacket to wear if you are going out or for a special occasion/date night. I liked it styled with my distressed jeans best. While I liked this jacket more than I thought I would, it was not flattering from the back or across my broad shoulders.

When I requested this box I asked for a Budget Friendly Box and I think that my stylist nailed it!!!  I am very impressed!

I LOVE this top!  I have always said, “I do not like cold shoulder tops” but I stand corrected and leave it to my stylist to make me fall in love!!!

Stitch Fix Review by Megan: Sweaters for winter wear

Megan participates in our paid Influencer Program.

Ok, so this month I had requested a few holiday tops but mostly sweaters for winter wear. I had received a few holiday looks in October and so I was more concerned about having some great sweaters to wear into the colder winter months. Boy did my stylist deliver!

This sweater poncho also was a huge win. I just love the look and it’s so cozy!
