Stitch Fix Review by Lauren: Loving what I’ve been receiving

The number one question has been “where did you get your vest?” and the answer is Stitch Fix! Stitch Fix is a styling service that I have been using for years. I stopped for a little once I got pregnant with Eddie, but since we’ve moved here, I’ve gotten back into it and have been loving what I’ve been receiving. (You fill out a style profile and based on that, a stylist will ship you hand-picked items. You keep what you like and send back what you don’t. Quick and painless.)

Stitch Fix Review by Lee: This dress is supes comfortable!

I got an email a few weeks ago saying that Stitch Fix picked up hundreds more higher end brands, so decided to give it a shot again! Guess what? I’ve had so much more luck!

This time around, I was much more specific to my stylist about what I wanted and didn’t want. I let her know not to include accessories and that I was looking for fall-inspired dresses for weddings.

This is the perfect dress to wear to work or for a fall wedding. I love where it cinches in the waist and it’s the perfect length for me. I am all about comfort and this dress is supes comfortable!

Stitch Fix Review by Nicole: A gorgeous little party dress

My stylist knows I am a sucker for most retro vintage 60s era styled items too. I really appreciate her constant eye for detail.

As soon as I saw this dress, I literally ooh and aah-ed out loud. I am a fan of the brand. This dress has a fantastic retro mod sixties red, white, and blue poppy print with an equally vintage inspired early 60’s style flared skirt cut. The color combo makes me think of the 4th of July. The fabric is a bit thicker with some stretch and is rather structured. The dress also has fabric that can be tied in the front or back of the dress. What a gorgeous little party dress. It just makes me want to go on a picnic! This is far and away my favorite piece my stylist selected for me.

Stitch Fix Review by Meg: A go-to this fall

I got my most recent Fix the other day and it has some great, transitional items for the changing season. You still need some light items for the day, but layering pieces and my favorite, darker colors. Let’s get rolling!

It is hard to say what my favorite piece is in this Fix, but this is definitely high on the list. I have been wanting one of these bar neck tops for a while and just never bit the bullet. When things are so present I guess I don’t feel so rushed to grab one because I can get one anywhere. I am really glad I held out for this one. First, Z Supply makes some of the most comfortable tees I have ever worn. I like that it is a little looser and the keyhole isn’t hemmed. I like the unfinished quality about it. It’s a great way to wear a tee but with some style to it. Love it. It’s mine.

I have been eyeing this baby for a bit. I have a beige, heavier weight cardigan just like this. But was in need of another color and something lighter weight for the early part of this season. This is definitely going to be a go-to this fall. My office is so cold all the time so a light weight cardigan is just what the fashion gods ordered.

Stitch Fix Review by Paula: Great things for September

My eyes lit up when I came home the other day and found my Stitch Fix box waiting for me.  My stylist knows me so well and sent five great things for September.

Do you ever put on an outfit and think to yourself, “I never want to take this off.”?  That’s how I feel about this top and jeans.  The top is probably the softest top I’ve ever tried on.  It is so comfortable and is going to be perfect to wear this fall when it gets a bit cooler.

This outfit is sure to be worn a lot this fall!

Stitch Fix Review by A: A “transition to fall” fix

Not only were patterns and colors all absolutely “me” but if ever there was a “transition to fall” fix this one was it. I honestly adored each item my stylist selected for me!

I can’t even tell you how happy I was to see this dress in my Fix! It was one of the first pieces I ever pinned for my stylist and asked her to send to me. That was over a year ago and I thought for sure it was never going to happen…. yet here it is! It’s even more perfect in person than it was online and I only have positive things to say. I noticed that the material is wrinkle-resistant which is great. The length is perfect for work. I think the pattern is versatile and works for both summer and fall. Once I had the dress on I noticed how great the neckline was – perfect for a delicate necklace. This was a keeper before it ever even arrived!

Stitch Fix Review by Kristin: A perfect summer to fall transition piece

Take this flowy floral top from my latest Stitch Fix box for instance. It’s a perfect summer to fall transition piece. The print doesn’t scream summer and is, instead, rather seasonless. So, while my bare arms and espadrille wedges definitely read summer, I know that I’ll be able to turn to my flowy floral top in the coming months too! Frankly, I pretty much live in flowy tops all year long. This time of year, I pair them with shorts and later on, it’s skinnies and a cardy if there is a chill in the air.

So, as you too think ahead to your own autumnal wardrobe, think about being selective and carefully choosing pieces that you can transition to fall with ease. Your wallet will thank you!

Stitch Fix Review by Regina: 60’s mod vibe

Even though I’m a minimalist I enjoy adding some pieces that pop to my wardrobe and personal style. Adding standout pieces requires structure. The key is don’t go overboard and stick to only one area of the outfit.

I instantly fell in love with this piece the moment I opened the package. I was immediately drawn to the geometric pattern and variations, the A-line cut, and the length. I felt a very 60’s mod vibe and I wanted to incorporate modern pieces to give it a unique look aligned with my personal style. This skirt can be played up and down in many different ways.

Stitch Fix Review by Andrea: I am in LOVE

Since having my baby in June I hadn’t done much shopping. The thought of picking out clothes in a store and having to try them on my postpartum body while lugging around a nursing infant was not my idea of fun. So when I came upon a Stitch Fix review on Pinterest it caught my eye. Have a professional stylist pick out clothes that flatter your body type and mail them to your doorstep? Try them on in the comfort of your own home without the harsh fitting room lights and people glaring at your screaming baby? Sign me up!

When I first pulled this jacket out of the box I thought I didn’t like it. Even after putting it on I wasn’t sure about it. I didn’t think I could pull it off. But I decided to live a little and I wear it for our fall family pictures and y’all- I am in LOVE. I think this jacket might be my favorite piece! I seriously love it. It feels like a great quality jacket that will last forever.

Stitch Fix Review by Sara: This sweater is SO me

Hands-down, this is my absolute favorite item I’ve ever received from Stitch Fix. This sweater is SO me. I love the v-neckline, the soft light fabric, the neutral colors, the polka dots. It’s absolute perfection. I love bright colors, but I have a serious soft spot for anything white/cream. Those colors just work with my skin tone and I can’t get enough. I love that this can be dressed down with jeans or up with white or tan slacks for work. It’s really light and really soft. I love everything about this sweater!
