Stitch Fix Review by Nicole: Such a versatile piece

I am always pleased with the options my stylist provides. She really puts the time and effort by reviewing my feedback and Pinterest boards. I also love the styling cards because they often help inspire me on styling for these reviews.

I don’t know about you guys, but I love tucking my shirts into my skirts and pants. I wear lots of high waist skirts and jeans and I like the look of a top tucked in them. The one issue with this is shirts will bulge and you can see their outline through your skirt or pants at instances. The beauty of a body suit is you will never have that awkward fabric bulge. This bodysuit is so comfortable and classic in its style. It is made from an awesomely stretchy knit cotton fabric. I was able to just walk into it and pull it on effortlessly. My mom (my photographer for the day) even remarked about how nice it looked on and how she too has been a long time fan of bodysuits for the same reasons. Due to this essential basic being such a versatile piece, I couldn’t resist putting it in my keep pile!

Stitch Fix Review by Rajdulari: Soooo cozy!

There’s something beautiful about the Fall in Colorado. From the leaves changing, to the sweeping mountains, to the crisp cool mornings and the bright sunshine. Every day, I’m finding more and more ways to fall in love with this new state of mine, and this new Fall season is no exception!

There’s nothing I love more than a super soft comfy sweater, my favorite jeans, and a layered jacket to put me right in the mood for Fall.

I especially loved this soft green jacket and striped grey sweater that came in my StitchFix box this month. Soooo cozy!

Stitch Fix Review by Anna: The price is right!

Stitch Fix has finally started offering a plus size styling service! Hooray! I signed up on the very first day, of course! They include a really fun sheet of cards. It has a note from my stylist in the upper left corner. I really appreciate the personalization that goes into her selections! All the other cards are styling ideas for the items in my box. How clever!

This top is cute and comfortable and works well with the boho aesthetic that I love. Plus the price is right!

Stitch Fix Review by Nicole: A gorgeous little party dress

My stylist knows I am a sucker for most retro vintage 60s era styled items too. I really appreciate her constant eye for detail.

As soon as I saw this dress, I literally ooh and aah-ed out loud. I am a fan of the brand. This dress has a fantastic retro mod sixties red, white, and blue poppy print with an equally vintage inspired early 60’s style flared skirt cut. The color combo makes me think of the 4th of July. The fabric is a bit thicker with some stretch and is rather structured. The dress also has fabric that can be tied in the front or back of the dress. What a gorgeous little party dress. It just makes me want to go on a picnic! This is far and away my favorite piece my stylist selected for me.

Stitch Fix Review by Pam: Felt like it was made just for me!

As soon as I tried on the piece I kept this go ’round, I felt like it was made just for me! Having a stylist pick out pieces especially for you and ship them directly to your door takes so much stress out of trying to figure out what’s going to fit and flatter. Really, who has the time to drive from store to store, walk in, pick out pieces to try on, go to the dressing room, and try them all on?

Keeping my wardrobe fresh (and getting rid of my pilled, faded, worn out, out-of-date clothes) is a freeing experience. Some might argue that it’s too materialistic to put one’s energy into what to wear, but if it results in a higher self esteem, I’m all for it and would recommend it to anyone.

Stitch Fix Review by Whitney: The best plus size Stitch Fix ever

I was so apprehensive to try Stitch Fix before now because of the hype surrounding the brand. “I love it!” “It’s so amazing!” “You’ve got to try it!” My friends’ words echoed in my ears… but were they right? YES!

I can’t even tell you how much fun it was to fill out my style profile, enter a few measurements & sizes, share my Pinterest board – and voila! The best plus size Stitch Fix ever — especially for this curvy, size 14 body!

Stitch Fix Review by Nicole: Perfect for all seasons

My stylist really listened to my feedback in my comments on my first Fix and through my Pinterest board. It was evident how much thought she put into the choices she made for me; this box felt far more personalized to me and my style. I am excited to see what is in store for my future boxes!

I have never met a pencil skirt that I didn’t like, and this skirt is no exception! The fabric is soft cotton material with a raised, almost quilted texture that is perfect for all seasons (which we all know is a big selling point with me. I am all for adaptability!). The skirt has ample stretch to hug your curves perfectly. The high waist and below the knee length are ideal and you will feel like Joan from Mad Men wiggling around in it.

A few seasons ago, you could not go anywhere without seeing peplum everything. I have always been put off by peplum since I am a rather hippy gal, but I opted to be open minded and trying this shirt. The fabric is somewhat stretchy, but it is an incredibly structured piece. I absolutely love the off the shoulder cut and the gorgeous detail of the slits on the décolletage. This top paired exquisitely well with the skirt (as my stylist suggested), but I can also see this being coupled with tight fit disco pant leggings or capris and a leather jacket if you want to go for that Bad Sandy look from Grease. This top really exceeded my expectations.

Stitch Fix Review by Nicole: Ultra romantic lace sleeve

Stitch Fix very recently introduced plus sizes to their styling service. This is very exciting since all brands and subscription box options should be size inclusive as far as I am concerned; fashion is for everyone!

I live in striped tops and dresses; especially black and white striped anything. There is something classic about a striped top and depending on how you style it you can exude the grace and charm of Audrey Hepburn, the sensuality of Brigitte Bardot, or the effortless cool of Joey Ramone. This outfit is a typical mainstay for me. This top is a take on the standard black and white striped shirt, but with ultra romantic lace sleeve accents. I brought a kitschy vibe to my look with the calf length red a-line skirt, red and white saddle shoes, cat eye glasses, and red scarf.

Stitch Fix Review by Melissa: My stylist nailed it

Well, my stylist nailed it.  She clearly got a good sense of what I like by browsing around my social media accounts, and NO PINK!

I LOVE this top.  It’s a great navy blue color, and the mesh detail on the sleeves is just on the top of the sleeve, so the mesh won’t irritate under your arms.  Super smart.  It’s also a piece I can wear without a cardigan which I almost never do because I like to hide my arms and tush, but I honestly would feel comfortable wearing this without a cardigan.  The fabric is a mid to light weight rayon/spandex knit – it’s not so light that it feels like tissue weight, but it’s just right for spring and fall and feels like a decent quality.

Stitch Fix Review by Ana: I am so impressed by my first Stitch Fix!

Wow! I am so impressed by my first Stitch Fix! They completely nailed my style, right out of the gate. I absolutely love the dolman top, the necklace, and the skirt, and I really, really like the other two pieces as well. Could this be a grand slam?

Normally I tend to think dolman tops like this one aren’t super flattering on me, but I really like this one for a number of reasons. First, I absolutely love the color. Second, I love the neckline and sleeve length, both of which are flattering. Third, it is a super soft cotton knit, and it’s just the right weight.

This maxi skirt is awesome! Look at all those vibrant colors! I love the pattern, too. This is also a really soft knit material, and it’s super comfortable! It also has the added benefit of being just the right length for me, which is rare.
